L’accoglienza, il cambio asciugamani, la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria.
Posizione troppo lontana dal centro. 20 min non sembrano tanti ma se si rientra tardi la sera, se si deve fare per forza di cose avanti e indietro dalla struttura, se non si hanno mezzi, se c’è cattivo tempo e se si ha una certa età.. fare andata e ritorno a piedi è una gran sfacchinata. La struttura è situata vicino ad una specie di raccordo (o super strada) abbastanza pericoloso da attraversare a piedi nonostante ci siano strisce e semafori (a maggior ragione che gli automobilisti non si fermano per farti passare nemmeno quando il semaforo per i pedoni è verde.. ma questa è una falla del sistema e non di certo della struttura). Nelle vicinanze non ci sono bar quindi se si vuole fare colazione si deve andare per forza verso il centro ed inoltre la struttura non offre nessun servizio di colazione nemmeno volendo pagare di più (è una cosa che dovrebbero prendere in considerazione vista la lontananza dal centro). Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni giorno ma riportano macchie abbastanza evidenti.

Camera bella, ben attrezzata. Precisi nell acciglienza. Parcheggio comodo di fronte , per ora non a pagamento
Forse un po caro per il mese di essere settembre soprattutto visto che non è cosi vicino al centro e all Arena

Je voelt je gelijk thuis na de persoonlijke ontvangst. De kamer heeft een prettige Italiaanse sfeer en de badkamer is top
Misschien een klein beetje gehorig, maar daar kan ik heel goed van afsluiten
