Great location, close to the amenities of San Antonio but away from the hustle and bustle. Beautiful interiors. Great food. Friendly and helpful staff.
Kettle and coffee machine in the bedroom.
The pillows and mattress were a little soft.

Staff are awesome, friendly, most helpful. If it wasn’t for the staff we would not return for sure.
Hotel and pool area, restaurant, fixtures and fittings need updating/fixing
Air con not working adequately, fans not working, missing controls, dusty rooms, light bulbs out, umbrellas broken, security lock on doors not working, air fresheners not working, power cut so no food, coffee, electricity for 3 hours, no back up generators, website pics need updating, pool area disappointing, no air con in douche room, unbearably hot, shower products replaced with cheaper versions than before, leaky showers, holes in pool towels, cold fries, sent back and received burnt fries. Sweet station gone from reception.
