This unit is furnished with two double bunk beds, memory foam beds, couch, dining table for 8, smart tv (including all streaming apps downloaded), refrigerator, microwave, dishes, paper products, soap essentials, coffee maker (drip coffee maker), first aid kit, and linens. Brand new LVP flooring through out for a sleek, modern feel! Guests will access the unit on the patio by using a smart lock. Codes will be provided to guests 1 day before their stay. Each unit has a private entrance. Located directly across Trapper's Turn Golf Course and just up the road from Downtown Dells, this property offers peace and quiet while still being highly accessible to town. Numerous taxi services, including major ride shares such as Lyft and Uber are available. Used to be called Fairview Motel and there is no manager onsite for the property. All access is done via smart locks on each private entrance. Parking is available onsite in the lot provided for 1 vehicle per unit. There will be light construction during the week as we update the property. Please note pets are welcomed at this property, but if your pet causes any disturbance you will be issued a verbal warning. If disturbance continues you will be asked to leave the property. Pet fees are in place because we do not have an additional cleaning fee for pet friendly stays. This fee covers our cleaning teams time for additional cleaning needed from our furry friends. Guest is responsible to bring their own coffee - maker takes traditional coffee grounds and has a built in filter. If found smoking, vaping, or burning of any kind inside the unit the tenant will be charged $250. All smoking, vaping, and burning must be done outside at least 30 feet from the building. Fireworks are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $250. Parties are strictly prohibited. Tenants found violating this policy will be charged $500.

Chris was a great host! Responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. Check-in instructions were clear and helpful. The house was clean and well stocked. Only one problem, one of the bathroom was Clot. But, overall a wonderful place; we would stay here again little longer!

The inside was beautifully remodeled. A couple areas still needing remodeling were the bathroom door frames and foggy windows. I would assume this was a rundown mess in the past and they are still in the process of fixing it up. What was really odd is that there is no signage on the property with the name of the property. It still says Fairview motel. We didn’t even know if we were at the right place when we got there. The outside and parking lots are a complete mess. But the inside was very nice. This has great potential to be nice if they keep fixing it up…especially the great location to the Dells.
