The primary bedroom of this 843 sqft unit has a king-sized bed and a private en-suite bath with dual-sink vanity and shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private en-suite bath with a rain shower/tub combo. The full kitchen has all stainless appliances with an open-concept living and dining room. In addition, there is an in-unit washer/dryer, a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features, and a Samsung split heating/AC system in all rooms for ultimate comfort. NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is above lower units; please know this when booking as noise transfers downstairs. We ask for extra diligence in this unit to respect noise levels at all hours to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Noise can also be heard from downstairs units. *NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Parking and EV charging (shared amenity): Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles. ## Interaction This is a self-serve stay. We are an off-site host, there is no front desk, and we provide contactless self-check-in.
