My husband and I stayed in Brett’s lovely home for a month. We had 2 groups of friends join us at separate times. They each had their own lovely bedroom and own bathroom. And the common areas and outside felt plenty spacious. The highlight was the hot tub as the sun set over the beautiful nearby mountains. The backyard is completely private from neighbors. Brett reached out via text several times through our month long stay just to make sure all was fine, which it was. The neighborhood is a gated, quiet community about 10 minute drive to downtown PS which we enjoyed, and 15 minutes to the airport. Great place, felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Brett.

The Home was beautifully layed out and appointed with everything one could possibly need. It was impeccably clean when we arrived, and the back yard was beautifully maintained. All the furniture, inside and out, was great. TVs were smart, plenty of space to put clothing, ample linens, etc. Bedrooms were big and comfy, bathrooms the same. Clean, clean, clean. I can't say enough about the home itself. It was fabulous.
The back yard was spectacular. Views, views, views. The mountains are literally right there, in your back yard. So special.
The community, Mountain Gate, was a quiet, gated, super dog-friendly community with tons of walking, pools, tennis courts, you name it! We loved the community.
And the location-close to downtown Palm Springs, close to the freeway, close to local parks, restaurants, stores, just everything right there at your fingertips.
Our host was fabulous as well. Incredibly responsive, while not imposing at all. And a nice person to boot!
I literally would give this 10 stars. It was the perfect stay in every way. Thank you!

We were very happy with the entire month stay. Brett took great care in making sure of our comfort and made us a priority as his guests. The home is well equipped with everything you’d want in a home including extras in the pantry and garage. We felt comfortable and at ease, it felt like home.
The backyard is an oasis with sunrises, mountain views and so well appointed with many places to chill. We spent many hours, swinging on the hammock, doing yoga, sitting by the fire pit, enjoying the birds, reading and the staring at the spectacular mountain. Golf nearby and bike rides within the community, downtown Palm Springs dining and shopping 10 min drive, made for a perfect vacation. We didn’t use the community pools, due to our own trepidation due to COVID, though they were very inviting and clean. The neighbours always said hello on our walks or rides. Friendly lot.
Easy to come back to and we’d do it in flash.
