Place has built in kitchen, laundry, 2 rooms and foldout couch. Area is nice to walk around in the community and easy access to area. Great host to our first Vancouver stay!

This is a great place if you need a place to sleep in a central-ish location in Vancouver. On a quiet street and fairly close to amenities on Cambie Street. The bedrooms are dark and comfortable - great for a good night's sleep. Very easy to communicate with host. The kitchen/dining area/living room feels very crammed and the place has a very basement feeling. Additional fees for additional guest (really, with 2 bedrooms, how can 2 people lead to additional guest fees?), linen, and electricity is something I haven't seen on VRBO before...

We really wanted to love this walk-out basement apartment, but it just didn't suit us at all. PROS: It is very new and clean and in a nice neighborhood close to transit. The washer and dryer were a nice convenience, and the apt feels very private. There are several good, casual restaurants close by. CONS: Unfortunately, there isn't a comfy place to sit, either inside or out, to read, work, catch up on emails, or watch TV. We had to cover the couch seats with every pillow we could find in order to make it usable. Also, the noises from the main house carried through to our unit (entertained guests 2 of 7 nights we were there, baby crying, chairs scraping on the floor, odd knocks and thumps on our ceiling). We spent most of each day out in the city, and we were disappointed that we couldn't relax when we returned. Owner did offer compensation.

Great communication with the owner. The unit was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed how close it was to the train station and some good restaurants. Overall happy with our stay.

Had a girls weekend with 2 friends and found this gem. Perfect location, less than 10 minutes from King Edward station. Very clean and modern feel to the space. The host was great and even provided a video on working the lockbox when we were travelling because they knew we would be in late and wanted to ensure we were set for the arrival. We messaged via text message and they followed up to ensure all our needs were met. Highly recommend staying here and will book again if I return to the city.

Couldn’t have found a better location, in a leafy street just a short walk from the Canada Line midway between the airport and downtown, and Cambie Village with its coffee shops and nice stores. The apartment was clean, with modern decor and well equipped for cooking too. The owner even left us a bottle of wine on arrival to help with the jet lag. If we didn’t live on the other side of the world, I think we would stay here regularly!

Small but well thought out apartment in a larger home. Very communicative and friendly hosts. Comfortable beds, nice shower, good kitchen. The couch could use replacement as it is worn and no longer very comfortable. Vancouver is beautiful but this is a residential neighborhood a bus or car ride away from the sights.

I was travelling for business with very busy days. The suite felt like home away from home. Such a quiet neighbourhood and easily walkable to Cambie St. Thank you!

Overall, location and venue was reasonable ( was a basement suite with limited view) There was no condiments ( where most Rentals we have stayed in have at least some like salt and pepper). There was no wine glasses and minimal pots and pans. Again our experience in other rentals was a little more complete kitchen materials. Our biggest issue was 3 days of construction ( out of our 9 day stay) on a deck literally right outside our door. The owners did provide a couple bottles of wine for this intrusion but did not offer any monies off our rent. We were not told of this till day before it started and had been there for a few days already. Other people we know that have rentals don’t rent if construction is going on.

Very nice, well equipped property and unit in excellent location and quiet neighborhood. Manager/owner was responsive, friendly, and efficient. Very clean property, near grocery and other stores. Unit is a little smaller than it appears in pictures, but very livable.

Beautiful apartment close to all amenities, restaurants, metro, city center. Located in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by greenery, perfect for the family and a great host to boot ready to accommodate!

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable, about a block and a half walk to the Sky Train station. We were traveling with a young child and there is a great park very close. Plentiful street parking.

Great having a centralized stay in this beautiful neighborhood. Our host was super helpful with recommendations of places within walking distance. The place have everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
