The most important stuff was good - cleaning was excellent, the bed was quite comfy and the air conditioning worked, and did so quietly. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of the city - returning from a day of exploring was very easy. Noise from the street could have been a problem given the central location but the double glazing kept it to a reasonable level.
The shower is weird, water dribbling from above while mostly coming from the handset. There didn't seem to be a way to make it do one or the other which was annoying.
The fridge was welcome but tiny, just able to take a bottle of juice but too small for a wine bottle.
The curtains drooped because some of the rail attachments had failed.

the location (on main road in Naples), good bed, good bathroom, good view
no closet, floor was always dirty, our sheets hadn’t been changed for a few days even if they were dirty.
