Tutto! Fantastico, tutti gentili e struttura molto pulita e comodissima a pochi metri dall’uscita della metro. Fabrizio e la sua famiglia sono gentilissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Siamo la sera del terremoto e sono subito corsi ad accettare che fosse tutto ok

Location, comfort and clean ! I stayed for one night here and it is really close to the opera house so if you are watching an opera, it is the perfect location to stay at. Host is friendly and the room can be also air conditioned which was great in this heat. Wifi is great. You got all what you need ! Ideal for couples.
There was no breakfast like what was shown in the booking pictures and i personally thought when i booked that it is a hotel run by a couple because in the description it is mentioned „reception“ so I was surprised that it was a room connected to the place of the host (one main entrance then it separates into your room entrance and host entrance and between them there is a long hallway)… it is still super private, but it should be written more clearly, and because i did not know this beforehand, i felt uncomfortable in the beginning because I was surprised. But otherwise I would give 10/10 !

"Amazing location. Balcony was overlooking the very cute bouqet making station. We felt safe and welcoming. Apartment was really nice designed, and host was always available. Shower is really nice."
