Great location and a very responsive host. The apartment is just a short walk from the port, with the Municipio and Toledo metro stations both nearby, and you'll find gelato shops and restaurants right at your doorstep. Whenever I had a question, I got a reply almost immediately.
The building itself is clearly an older one that has been renovated — and honestly, you get the best of both: the prime location that only old buildings have, plus modern, brand-new facilities inside. The apartment is spacious and spotless, with a bedroom and a separate living room, a bed plus a sofa bed, two bathrooms, a full kitchen with an enormous fridge, two air conditioners and two TVs. Plenty of room for two people or even more.
The pillows are very soft, which took some getting used to. Toilet paper is only provided as rolls and only in the bathroom, it would be nice to have tissues by the bed and in the dining area too, where you often need them.
The curtains block out light but don't close tightly; I always had to weigh them down with something, because the high-rise building opposite can actually see into the room, which made me feel the privacy wasn't great.
The air conditioning isn't very strong and cools down slowly, but after about half an hour the temperature becomes comfortable.

חגגנו בזמן השהייה שלנו והצוות נתן אפשרות להזמין זר פרחים ויין (שהיו מושקעים ממש - מומלץ!!)
היו זמינים ואדיבים ונענו לכל מה שהיינו צריכים ודאגו שהשהייה שלנו תהיה הכי נעימה שרק אפשר
המיקום פשוט מושלם והנוף מהמרפסת הוא על השדרה המרכזית!
החדר בדיוק כמו בתמונות מרווח ונעים ממש
הזרם במקלחת ממש חלש

Property is like the photos, very modern and clean. Check in was easy, with keys left in the door ready for arrival. Close to via Toledo and lots of restaurants etc
This was only for the first night (Saturday), but the noise from the surrounding area was too much. Live music was on until 3am and the windows did not deter any sound. We barely slept the first night. However, i do have to say it was much better the second night (Sunday). I appreciate the location is conducive to some noise, but it was extreme. Perhaps installing better windows will help this problem moving forward.
