The location was lovely surrounded by beautiful Irish countryside and rolling hills close to the lovely town of Emmyvale. The couple hosting were very obliging and gave us a lift to Castle Leslie, our final destination. We definitely got the Irish welcome! The actual house. Was beautiful and the breakfast freshly cooked and amazingly delicious. I also liked the fact that there was a big table for breakfast and we joined others and had the opportunity to chat with them.
What would have made my stay even better would have been the addition of a few more items. For example , we had a lovely big room. Maybe tea facilities could be added in there with a couple of bottles of water as there are no shops or tea shops in the countryside. I also think that for friends sharing a twin room, it would be good to have two beds of equal sizes, 2 queens for example. It might be an idea to add a little blind to the ceiling window to prevent the early morning light. A few glasses in the bathroom wouldn’t go amiss either for toothbrushes and rinsing. The bathroom and bedroom were a wee bit sparse. However, these points are not of huge importance and did not spoil stay. If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

Lovely welcoming hosts, lady who cooked our gorgeous breakfast, so friendly and accommodating
Bed linen perhaps could do with modernising but didn’t take away from our stay
