Extremely polite staff, the shower was wonderful, and would absolutely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful and extremely well appointed. I loved the location to all of the downtown areas, and it was an easy walking access to some wonderful restaurants and shops.

Better signage for the building - we had to circle a few times around the block to recognize the Mint House. The emphasis was more about the baseball player when we tried to identify where the building was.

Would stay again

I loved how nice and luxurious our apartment was! Super nice and clean!

It took us almost an hour to find the property given their are two mint locations downtown. I couldn’t find anyone on the property or get help via phone.

Very pleasant and extremely enjoyable!

Accommodations were great, except for the train one evening! Woke us up, but not that big of a deal!

Needed more toilet paper. And again no big deal, asked a housekeeper and she gave me some.

It was a nice home base for me while I helped my kids move into nearby colleges.

Convenient parking and location. I was in and out a lot so the parking was ideal. Easy to get in and out of the garage and apartment once we figured out our initial entry. Used the small appliances, dishwasher and laundry. Nice gym and pool although I didn’t use them.

Apartment isn’t very bright. We arrived very late so I wish pull out bed was made up. Could have used another blanket on beds. Carpets in hallways seem old. Couldn’t figure out where to bring trash.

Great stay - would recommend 2 key fobs in each room since they are necessary to enter the building :)

Well worth the money

Location was great, facility was great, parking was nice and super close to our room. Having a legit kitchen with a small amount of dishes was excellent.

There was a small amount amount of gnats in the apartment when we arrived.

What vacations should be made of!!

My adult kids and myself completely enjoyed this property. It was my second time staying at a Mint House apartment. It was a totally wonderful experience!!

No complaints at all.

Exactly as described. Relatively easy to find. Very comfy and had everything we needed.

The parking and which floor the unit was on was a little confusing but once we found it everything was great

Lovely location and great apartments - Would be better if 2 fobs in each room

Great location, spacious and clean ! Nice amenities:)

Only given 1 fob in each room Made it difficult to go in and out at our leisure. I went shopping, my husband biking had to be in contact to get into facility

Perfect!

Everything was perfect. Clean, lovely apartment, plenty of space, very comfortable. Pool was perfect, gym was perfect, ball park opposite was great, everything walkable. Greenville is growing and we loved it!

The place was as pictured and in a very great location!!

We enjoyed the spacious accommodation along with the provided amenities, and cleanliness. Falls Park on the Reedy and multiple restaurants were within walking distance, which was totally awesome!

Everything was great, except no TV in 1 of the rooms. We made it though, lol!

Amazing !

Absolutely the best overnight stay! We were welcomed explained about the facility and were very impressed by the room ! Location is excellent .

Can get a little loud from upstairs which is to be expected in an apartments .

I would probably use mint house again. Just not this exact one

I loved the room. It felt like a tiny home and was so clean and well stocked

The location itself was bothersome. It was close to where i wanted to be but the property was poorly labeled and I had to call several times to get to the right parking. The staff was incredibly helpful

There were no curtains to block the ground floor windows for the person sleeping on the pullout couch.

Nice place, tough to get in at out.

Room was very nice

No help getting checked in. Code provided to get into building didn’t work Even had building security guard try and no luck. Many things indicate communication a weaknpoint. I couldnt check in on line because my work computer and my phone had security features wouldn’t allow access.

Amazing

I like that everyone was friendly , helpful., they rooms had everything you could think you needed. Rooms were very clean. I believe the name was Girdy the person who answer the phones was very knowledgeable. And was eager to all me with all my questions or concerns. I was so nervous because the prices was so affordable., I do like the fact the have a strict non smoking policy. The apartment was worth so much more than what we paid. I appreciate the Mint House Team. I can’t wait to book my next visit. There was so much to do right on the property and near by areas.

I like the fact the rooms are no smoking, but maybe a designated area outside for smokers. Even tho I am not a smoker.
