About this house rental
One of the most beautiful homes in the area, an absolute oasis! Gorgeously appointed 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, large grass backyard / front yard w/salt water pool, and built in outdoor bbq area. Beautiful mountain views, ping pong court and total privacy throughout the property. The main living area has a 60 inch flat screen tv, gas burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen! Perfect for entertaining! Palm Springs mid-century modern is just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Pets not allowed. Pool heat in Winter recommended, $85 per day.

House meet our needs and in a great location. It is a bit worn and the outside furniture needs to be replaced or at least all the cushions. We stayed for 7 nights. Didn't cook so no feedback on appliances. At 85 a day to heat the pool we decided to pass. The pool was well maintained and very pretty to look at, especially with the illumination of the lights. Had coffee around it in the morning and snacks at night. Had trouble logging into the internet but the host sent us a new code right away after I notified them. Nice big screen tv in living room. Sofa was somewhat worn and uncomfortable. The overall decor was cute and the landscaping was nice. The backyard was spacious and private.

Overall a great place. The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking needs, the ping pong table was a big hit, convenient location between the airport and downtown, and the neighborhood is quiet and very walkable.

The property was beautiful yet were a few setbacks during our 3 night stay. The property wasn’t completely cleaned, the pool needed cleaning and the pool net was broken and the bikes were all locked up without a code.We reached out through VRBO and then through a direct line and did not hear back for some time. The pool net arrived on our last evening and the hosts did try to rectify the situation by offering us an additional night but we could not accept due to our schedules. We did not receive the bike codes until later in the afternoon as well and by then it was over 100 degrees and too late.The location was wonderful and the house was very nice and we do appreciate that the hosts did try to rectify the situation at the end, but it was all just a little too late.
