The Great Room seamlessly integrates the living, dining, and cooking areas, opening onto a wrap-around deck on the north side. Here, you'll find tables and chairs for al fresco lounging or dining, complemented by a convenient gas grill for delightful cookouts. Adjacent to the main deck is an additional outdoor oasis featuring a cozy firepit, perfect for evenings spent under the stars. A tetherball pole nearby provides endless entertainment for the kids, and the hill adorned with tall pines and boulders invites exploration and games of hide-and-seek. Indoors, the Great Room is equally inviting with its magnificent, north-facing windows that virtually bring the outdoors inside. From floor to vaulted ceiling, these windows offer breathtaking views of the sky, trees, and deck. A rock-faced, gas fireplace nestled in the corner, accompanied by a large flat-screen streaming TV on the wall, creates a warm and welcoming focal point. Plush, black-leather furnishings in the living area are strategically arranged for optimal enjoyment of a crackling fire or a captivating TV show. The dining table, accommodating six, is complemented by a kitchen granite-top peninsula with four barstools featuring chic cowhide backs. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, cleaning, or leisurely moments, stocked with everything needed to please both the chef and guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom awaits with a luxurious king-sized bed and a full bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. The north-facing window provides splendid views of boulders, hills, and trees, while a quaint writing desk adds a touch of charm just outside the door. The additional bedrooms, located down the hall from the Great Room, offer comfortable accommodations. One boasts a bunkbed with queens and a reach-in closet, while the other features a queen bed, writing desk, and another convenient reach-in closet. At the end of the hall, a utility room houses a washer/dryer and provides access to the HVAC and water heater. House Rules: • Pets are allowed with a fee of $15 per night per dog, plus tax, and a one-time $10 flat fee. Guests must be considerate, covering beds and furniture if allowing pets to jump up. • Smoking is only allowed outside. • No outside noise or music after 10 pm. • Guests must be honest about the party size, disclose if bringing pets, and be considerate in using the property.

This home was one of my favorite vacation rentals. It was located in a secluded neighborhood with lots of privacy but an easy, short drive to downtown Prescott. The home was clean and comfortable with an open layout that makes it feel large. We stayed for 5 nights and saw wildlife near the home every night! The property manager, Wendy, was super responsive and accomodated our last minute need for extra nights. She was professional, friendly and easy to reach. We have a few more trips planned to Prescott and we will definitely stay here again!
