The staff were friendly and the lady who worked the front desk spoke very good English. There was a free breakfast that included plenty of free coffee and juice. The room was comfortable and everything in it worked as advertised. The linens and towels were clean and in good condition. Location-wise it was good; close to the central part of Manila but also far enough away where it was quiet and peaceful.
The room that I had was rather small; you couldn't have an open suitcase and still walk around the room without having to step over it. The room I had also only had one tiny window which didn't face outside, instead it faced a fully-enclosed internal hallway. A little bit of natural light from an outside-facing window would have been nice, and I would have rather no window at all than a window where guests in the hallway could look into my room from. Finally, although the price was somewhat reasonable, I did stay elsewhere in Manila in a bigger room at a lower price. So there are better values in the area.

Staff is super kind and welcoming! My room was spacious, clean and had air conditioning. Breakfast was provided and hotel is located in a safe area. 24/7 security as well. Would stay here again!!
No complaints! If I had to say something, I wish the room had a mini fridge and water dispenser to refill my water bottle but tap is safe to drink in Medellín.

The location of this hotel is excellent, making it very easy to get around, and having breakfast on the rooftop terrace with views over the city was a decent start to the day.
My overall stay was quite disappointing, especially given the positive reviews which did not reflect the reality of the accommodation and services provided. None of the rooms have exterior windows, they only open onto an interior corridor. This detail was not made clear, and had I known, I would not have booked. As a result, the room was dark, very humid, and had a noticeable damp odor, particularly in the bathroom. To make matters worse, we also spotted three cockroaches in our room during our stay. Overall, it felt overpriced compared to better options nearby in the same price range, and I hope the hotel becomes more transparent about its room setups.
