Hotel is nice , only problem was the hot tub didn’t work in the master suite but besides that it’s a nice hotel about 5 min from the busy popular area.

I booked this hotel for our last night in Medellin, specifically because it had a beautiful rooftop bar. However, at check-in I was informed that the rooftop was closed for guests since there was a private event but that I could go the next night, but I was leaving the country the next day so I could never experience the rooftop at night. Also from our room we could hear the music blasting and we were on the second floor, but it was a bummer because we could not enjoy the party. Also in Colombia we stayed at 4 different hotels and this was the most expensive (more than double than others) but had the least quality breakfast. The breakfast options were limited and no fresh food was available, the “hot” options were cold by the time we got there (9 am). For the positives the room was very well equipped, very aesthetic and clean. The staff were lovely and attended all my requests.
