Yes, it is hot in the room during the summer because there is no AC, but it was manageable at the beginning of September in our case. Other than that, everything was great, from spa and pool facilities to dinner and breakfast. The staff is well trained, and the hotel is run professionally. We would come back.

The place is spacious, clean, and safe. The breakfast was excellent.
The reception staff did not fully explain the hotel facilities upon arrival. I was also given a different room from the one I had booked. I specifically booked a suite with a bathtub, but I was told that none of the suites in the hotel have bathtubs. When I mentioned that the photos on Booking show a bathtub, they said it was a mistake from Booking and that it would be corrected.
Additionally, the room was unbearably hot. Sleeping with the window open was uncomfortable due to the strong, very cold air from outside. Finally, the price was very high compared to the overall experience.
