Easy to access the rooms themselves in the hotel, clean room and bathroom. Toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities provided.
Parking is available around the back of the hotel. It was match day at Hill Dickinson Stadium, so we were lucky to find a space. Letting guests know to arrive in plenty of time before kick off or during the match itself to avoid congestion or difficulty parking would be great.

The second time we have used this hotel and both times we have been more than pleased. The staff are great and the bar is brilliant. The room was very comfortable and the bedding clean and crisp. If you are using it for the football at Everton you'll be amazed with the location as the stadium is almost across the road, The check in is a piece of cake and the communications are first class.

Location, parking. 3 person room was spot on. Price was good aswell for what we needed. 10 minutes away was a bar that served breakfast and food throughout the day. The hotel is literally across from Everton football stadium.
We were on the top floor and I know it’s a mega slim chance but wouldn’t like to be up there if there was a fire below. No external exits from what I could see.

Right next to Hill Dickenson stadium. Plenty of free parking. Room pleasant and clean.
No secure parking. Located in a tatty industrial dock area thats seen better days. Not much around.
