location is wonderful, parking situation not so much but it's not a deal breaker. close to shops restaurants and more - quiet, pretty hotel, convinient and comfortable. breakfast was lovely and staff kind as well.
we came to a room that had maintanace done - the bathroom light couldn't be turned on otherwise the entire electricity for the room was out. management left a young girl in charge, and brushed her off when offering solutions. we couldn't use the room properly (no window in bathroom so light is a must) - maintenanceguy was an hour away and didn't want to drive back, no available rooms to replace our stay, no solution until the next day. maintenance guy insturcted young lady to solve on her own without success - we couldn't receive much needed privacy for the first 2 hours of our stay just in poor attempts to fix an issue that they didn't bother checking beforehand. only a day later, we received a lamp in the bathroom, and whomever came told us "they just said bring a lamp" - no comprehension of the issue. he acted as if doing us a favor. overall, disappointing stay. for a price that isn't cheap by any means, we received subpar service. for the same price in any random country in europe, you would be treated with utmost respect, here the hospitality was lacking.

Wow, what a special boutique inn. My family and I stayed in two different rooms, one of which was a former cellar. The property has been painstakingly restored with attention to every detail. The staff were attentive to all our needs and bent over backwards to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The breakfasts were farm to table style feasts with excellent coffee and assorted deliciousness every day. The location is right in the heart of historic Zichron Yaakov, and shops and restaurants, along with with towns originally square and beautiful synagogue are all a few minute walk away.

В номері було все, навіть парасольки. В ваній кімнаті була й вана й душ. Наш номер 8 був немов під землею, але незважаючи на це вікна були, декілька кондиціонерів. Персонал був непомітний.
Так як це був шабат, ЇЖА на сніданку була не гаряча. Ми не подумали що так буде заздалегідь. Але все одно було смачно.
