Although we don't advertise our home as the most upgraded, we can guarantee you a clean and comfortable space that can accommodate lots of people. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, as well as extra private living quarters, our home has a quirky layout that's perfect for the adventurous type. Despite its quirks, our home offers a single level floor plan throughout with plenty of room for the entire family to stretch out and get comfortable. The real star of the show is the stunning panoramic view of Sedona's red rocks that you can enjoy from almost every room in the house. Imagine waking up to the vibrant colors of the sunrise over the red rocks or watching the sunset over a glass of wine from the comfort of your own living room! This home is professionally managed by a local hospitality company. We treat our homes as if they are our own. Each home is meticulously cleaned and put through a 35-point inspection checklist between guests to ensure absolute satisfaction. Our main business line is available during regular business hours for general questions, comments, and support, and can also assist with emergencies 24/7. We take great pride in what we do, and we go above and beyond to make sure our guests are completely satisfied every stay. How The Home Is Stocked: This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter amount of essentials to get you going on your trip! Please plan accordingly to purchase enough additional consumables to last for the remainder of your stay. House Rules and Notes: • No parties or events of any kind allowed on property • No more than 4 cars at the house at any time • Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. The house is in a perfect location with easy access to and from center Sedona and multiple points of interest. Perfect for friends and families that are laid-back and do not need luxurious accommodations.

The view was as beautiful as promised. The home was clean and tidy. The overall condition of the home and property was not good. The home itself needs some attention to its physical condition. The service provided by the management company was fantastic tho and I will use their services again.

This 6-bedroom house was able to accommodate the 10 people in our party, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. AC vents were old and would not stay open in some bedrooms which was annoying, the threat of significant fines for not following certain rules I thought was a bit excessive. Location was very good.

The views were amazing!!! The beds not so much. The beds are bowed and uncomfortable. Some of the beds are so uncomfortable that one cannot really even sleep. If one can’t sleep it’s hard to have a good time. We were only allowed 4 cars on the property but the house sleeps like 14 people. We also had family staying at another VRBO and we were not able to all be together. The property has more than enough room for additional cars. We understand that the owner doesn’t want parties but there should be a way to allow other family/friend to be with the family staying there. Maybe a curfew or a way to communicate that we have other guests that maybe coming by the house at least until 9 or 10 pm. The drive way right at the entrance has a big pot hole that needs to be filled in. Pots and pans could use some updating. There were no ice trays to make ice. I think one of the most upsetting is that they ask you if you are not leaving a five star review to please contact them directly which means you don’t really see the real reviews. The property had a lot of amenities such as fire pit and shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. Very close to a lot of different hikes. The property manager was easily reached and responsive!

We loved this house the view and windows were truly amazing - you did not have to drive anywhere to see incredible views of Sedona. The house is a unique set up and has a lot of beds for everyone - I believe each bedroom had its own doors as well. There is a big room to gather all the family. The property itself was amazing they had a patio in the front for the house and 2 patios in the back of the house - one of the patios has a big tree with grass - a good place to hang out and play some games or just rest. We loved this property and hope to return.

Perfect for biking vacation! The house had a large amount of sleep space, bathrooms, etc. There was a place to securely store bikes. The yard was great for hanging out and washing bikes. The location was central so there were minimal traffic headaches.

Although the house is a bit dated and has a funky layout, we had a great stay. The place was very clean, had the basic amenities needed and was located in a great area in Sedona. It was just a short 5 minute drive to the town and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This home has an incredible view, great yard and plenty of bedrooms for a large group. It has some quirks, but makes for a great place to gather and is within walking distance of great hikes and shopping.

Clean and comfy, priced right. Amazing yard and views. Minimal essentials, so you will need to go shopping but many options nearby. House is a pretty awkward layout but we were expecting some quirk per the listing. Lots of random steps and rooms and doors on doors. Needs new toaster.

We were very happy with the location of the property and the views! However, the layout of the house was horrible for a group, the master was not a master at all but instead a gateway to the single rooms and there is ONE BATHROOM for all of those beds. This house needs an upgrade and a city inspection done asap, its a building code NIGHTMARE. The lights switches did not make any sense and many lamps had to be unplugged to actually turn off and on. The house was stocked with basics but nothing great for hosting a group. This was a step up from a hostel... with a good view.

We were in town for our son’s wedding and the house worked out well as we had a variety of family and friends. The house has a funky layout which worked to give us privacy and togetherness combined. The views were amazing!!
