Location excellent, great staff and clean hotel

The coctails were boozy and amazing!!Food wasn’t all great but there were few very tasty dishes. The room was refurbished in the annex block and it was beautiful.
The snacks were fries kupes and onion rings, instead of a healthy sandwich or sth which was poor, and the deserts were terrible except doukissa - but i found a hair inside. Booked a side sea view room but there was no sea view at all!

The location of the hotel is great, 5 minutes to the nearest beach and 15-20 minutes on foot to the Fig Tree Bay. There are a lot of supermarkets, souvenirs and restaurants, bus stops are near too.
The hotel staff are polite, friendly, help with every question
coffee machine could be better, but it is not a big and important disadvantage

The bacon at breakfast was disgusting and cheap. No meat only fat. The rest of the breakfast was fine.
The wine served in all inclusive was revolting. I live in Cyprus and drink Cyprus wine but this wine was undrinkable. The all inclusive drinks were very poor - they had some cocktails available but when I asked for a cosmopolitan they said no - even though they had the ingredients! The reception staff were not friendly and quite unhelpful. We reported an issue that the cleaners cupboard next to us was banging all night as there was no door handle to close it. The staff said they would attend to it immediately and it was not dealt with. We had a tiny balcony in our first room - too small for 2 to sit on so asked to be moved. Some days lifts were out of order which we again reported to reception and when they did work they were antiquated and shared between guests and staff. The staff arriving and leaving the hotel were very loud and we were woken up daily by the cleaners shouting along corridors to each other just before 7am. Parts of the hotel are quite old and need upgraded. The entertainment provided was quite poor also so we ended up going out at night or sitting on balcony with drinks bought elsewhere!
