This spacious 3-story retreat features 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating 18 guests. It's the ideal choice for family gatherings or group getaways. Additionally, catch the Milwaukee Brewers in action at the legendary American Family Field, a convenient 12-minute drive from the property. THE LOCATION Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport - 20 minutes Downtown Milwaukee - 10 minutes Harley-Davidson Museum - 13 minutes River Walk - 10 minutes LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN Indulge in relaxation at this inviting home. Gather in the cozy living room with its indoor fireplace and 65" TV, ideal for quality time with family and friends. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, featuring modern amenities like a Keurig coffee maker for a fresh start each morning. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS With a variety of comfortable sleeping options and three full bathrooms, our property is perfect for accommodating up to 18 guests. Here's a brief bedroom set up to give you a taste of what to expect: Bedroom 1 (Lower Level): 1 King bed Bedroom 2 (Lower Level): 1 King bed Bedroom 3 (Second Level): 1 King bed Bedroom 4 (Second Level): 1 Queen bed Bedroom 5 (Second Level): 1 Queen bed Loft/Third Level: Couch with Two Single Pull Outs Two Twin Trundle Beds Living Room: One queen sleeper sofa Your perfect home away from home awaits, where every detail is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. DAMAGE WAIVER While you're on vacation, rest easy knowing that you are protected under Safely if any accidents or damage occur. We will take care of the cost of this coverage, which is additional to any protection provided by the platform. If any damage happens, please let me know and I will make a claim with Safely. You can trust me to take care of everything for you, provided that you clean up after your dog. The damage waiver fee, which is included in the total cost of your reservation for this property, covers up to $5,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances. To qualify for coverage, you must report any incidents to us before checking out. Please note that this waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items beyond Safely's scope of responsibility. CANCELLATION POLICY We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, which is why we have a flexible cancellation policy that puts your mind at ease. If you decide to cancel your booking more than 14 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 97% refund of the total booking amount. The remaining 3% will be retained as a non-refundable transaction fee to cover the costs associated with processing your booking. However, if you cancel your booking within 14 days of your scheduled arrival date, we regret that we will not be able to offer any refund. Nevertheless, we will do our best to accommodate any change requests that you may have, subject to availability and applicable fees.

We are a small non-profit performance group out of Chicago. We booked the Brew City Bohemian for our annual Winter Strategic Planning Retreat. We typically meet as a core collective and include our admin staff and board members. We review the past year, cook together, strategize/plan for the coming year, play games and generally take time before the holiday to work, celebrate the year of hard work and commune with each other. This has been our very favorite space and we definitely plan to return! The space is well-designed, the amenities were satisfactory, the beds were comfortable and everyone had enough space to stretch out. We were able to plug into the large television during our meetings and there were ample outlets and extension cords. It's a great work space too! When we had some minor issues, the property owner was very accessible and responsive. The cherry on top was the neighborhood. There was a super cute grocery store, coffee shop, bookstore, bakery and more, all within walking distance. Thank you for a great experience!
