Our vacation townhouse/condo in Indian Rocks Beach has the best of everything Florida's Gulf Coast has to offer for a perfect week or longer!
This direct Gulf-front 2nd floor townhouse has a 50' common area of grass before you hit the sand. The beautiful clear waters of the Gulf are as far as you can see! We are at the south end of this small complex, well away from the hubbub of the pool, yet close enough for quick access for a dip or sitting poolside.
We have on-site managers in our small 34 unit, 4-story condominium facility. Amenities include gas grills by the large heated pool to BBQ your favorite steaks or seafood. Don't feel like cooking? There are over 10 restaurants within a 5-to-10 minute walk of this vacation paradise.
There are Smart TV's in both bedrooms & the living room. Included for your enjoyment is a small cooler, beach umbrellas, a tote, beach towels & chairs. Set your internal clock to beach time, bring your sunscreen and a laid-back attitude :)
Your kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing gourmet meals. The king size bed in the master bedroom is luxuriously comfortable. There are 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, both with comfortable memory foam mattress toppers. There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels and linens.
We are located in The Narrows of Indian Rocks Beach - a location unique to all of Florida. From the living room balcony, the Gulf is jaw-droppingly laid out before you. Walk through the unit to the front entrance & to the Intracoastal Waterway across the street! From the 2nd bedroom, wake up to view a Florida sunrise over the Intracoastal. In the master bedroom, the first thing you'll see in the morning is sun sparkling off the waters of the Gulf & magnificent sunsets in the evening.
The condo is our family's pride and joy, and we do our best to keep it immaculate & modern. It's townhome-style, located on the 2nd floor. On the entry level is the living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen & full bath. A stairway leads to 2 bedrooms & a full bath. An elevator is located ~80 feet from the front door for access to the pool & parking.
Easy access to all the attractions, museums, music and sports activities in both St Petersburg, Clearwater & Tampa.

This is a gem of a rental. The location is what makes this property really special. situated in an area untouched by corporate giants like Hilton, Hyatt etc. No towering resorts no crowds, this could be one of the last areas in Florida that can have bragging rights to being a true beach town. The property itself was absolutely perfect, true to the photos. Very clean with everything you need for a true beach vacation. Access to the beach took 30 seconds. the host of the property is also very quick to respond. the views get no better from your balcony or from the beach which is basically your back yard. Very quiet at night, and you can walk to just about anywhere you need to go.. if you want privacy and relaxation you will get it here. We have stayed at Hundreds of properties and this one is now at the top of our list.

What an excellent property! Great check-in/out process. The keyless entry is very convenient. The host was very responsive. The townhouse was spotless. The kitchen had everything we needed for the groceries we bought. The views - amazing. The distance to the beach was easy and quick. There were plenty of towels for 4 people. The Jack and Jill bathroom upstairs and the smaller bathroom downstairs worked perfectly for 4 guests. The balcony was very nice, and the chairs, pool noodles, and beach umbrella were great to have. There are two things to mention for awareness. 1) The master bed had tons of drawer space, but the second bedroom really needs a tall dresser between the beds instead of the small cabinet. We made it work. 2) The bathrooms both need a little attention to the caulking. It did not detract from an amazing stay but was something we noticed.

Host was very kind and welcoming, although I would suggest at minimum, some bottles of water in the refrigerator for guests when they arrive. Could use some furniture upgrades such as outlets for charging phones.Table by front door is a great idea and very functional, although it needs updated as well. The real appeal here is the beach access and view. It's absolutely beautiful. We only had one day of sun unfortunately, but I can see this being a place to come back to with a few more updates.
