- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- Your booking charges will NOT include your optional pool heat fee of $80 + tax/night. If you would like to include this in your stay, this fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in. Guests can contact Sunny Days after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
- 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific SunnyDays approval.

Great house and convenient location to everything Palm Springs has to offer. Well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. Very private back yard with great pool and amazing hot tub. I would definitely rent this home again.

The property was really clean and the back yard/pool area was totally private. The enormous in ground hot tub included with the fee was a huge bonus. The downside to this location is its proximity to Sunrise Way, a major four lane thoroughfare just one house away. Traffic noise is a constant companion in the pool area. It's not so loud as to drown out conversation but this would not be a space for some meditation. Also, the decor in the home is charming but there is too much of it--leaving precious few square feet of free counter space for guests to put their own items around. We had to move a lot of stuff to the floor and out of the way during our stay. Overall though, these little nit picky things were not enough for me to give less than 5 stars.

The outside pool deck could use a power wash. The Jungle room flooring needs redone. But overall it is a cute little house.
