Juniper Crest is conveniently located just steps to Eagle Lodge. As one of the newest developments in Mammoth, your vacation will have all the comforts of a luxuriously designed modern mountain home. The townhouse is located next to a nature preserve and offers access to miles of bike paths in Summer and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing in Winter. The townhouse also offers great unobstructed mountain views of the Sherwin Mountain Range. These spacious 3 story town homes enjoy 2 private decks, a private hot tub, mountain views, top quality furnishings and radiant heated flooring throughout. Enjoy a glass of wine with friends and family in the spacious living room complete with a gas fireplace and flat screen TV with streaming only (no cable) and DVD. Or enjoy family game night, or movie night as this home is fully stocked with games and DVDs. Family meals come easily from the gourmet kitchen featuring slate flooring, granite counter tops and stainless appliances, and dining area with seating for 6. Or be the grill master with a private gas BBQ grill on the back patio! All bedrooms are on the top floor, 3rd story. The primary master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, private patio and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom is great for kids with a bunk bed with a full size on the bottom and a twin on top. Access to a shared full bathroom in the hallway with tub/shower combo. The private stacked washer/dryer is also on the top level, so you have all the comforts of home. On the main level, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking the mountains, and the third full bath offers a walk-in shower, perfect for a rinse off after your soak in the private hot tub. Or if you must work on vacation, there is a home office desk area to get set up. Quiet and peaceful yet conveniently located, Juniper Crest is surely one of the finest places to stay in Mammoth. Enjoy the conveniences of a heated garage (Garage clearance is 7' 5", the garage is 16ft wide by 18ft long. Larger vehicles may only fit one) to store your vehicle on a stormy night, no shoveling required. Note that there is no additional parking at this community, you can not park additional vehicles in front of the garage. The unit is not pet friendly, sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and is non-smoking. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam room, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
