Alfresco Dining: Fire up the BBQ grill and dine under the stars with breathtaking desert backdrops.

Gourmet Kitchen: A chef’s dream featuring a modern induction stove, double ovens, and fully stocked premium cookware.
The Bedrooms: 4 spacious bedrooms (+1 office/den), featuring King-size beds and private ensuite bathrooms for ultimate group comfort.
Office/Den: Includes a comfortable Queen-size sofa bed, ensuite bath, and dedicated work station, perfect for remote work or extra guests.
Bathrooms: 5 1/2 beautifully designed bathrooms.
A Note from the Hosts: Because this is our cherished personal home, it is uniquely stocked with top-tier amenities, household staples, and warm personal touches. We have prepared dedicated guest closets and cleared ample storage spaces to ensure your stay is seamless, comfortable, and luxurious.

POOL and SPA HEATING CHARGES
If you wish to enjoy the pool and/or spa during your stay, please note the following charges which must be paid in advance of your arrival. This is a common fee assessed here in the Coachella Valley, and is to cover the significant cost of gas required to heat the pool and spa. (California is home to some of the highest utilities in the country, and they just recently increased the cost of natural gas almost 2x).
October: $49/night
November - May: $74/night
June - September: No charge.
Pre-heat prior to arrival: $165 (Oct. - May)
For long-term stays of 15 days or more, please contact us if you wish to have the pool and spa heated. We will work with you to do a consumption-based charge for your stay (deposit required in advance).
SUPPLIES
We will offer "starter supplies" for your arrival which will include paper towels, toilet paper, and bath toiletries. Guests will be required to supply their own beyond that which is provided.
ADDITIONAL FEES, CHARGES, ETC.
There are additional fees for failure to follow check-out procedures, leaving the home in a manner that requires excessive cleaning, and/or failure to abide by rules, laws, and terms of the rental agreement. These vary in nature, but only are assessed when required. Please review your rental agreement and the "Policies and Rules" carefully to understand what these may entail.

We found this place last-minute as we were planning some away time in the Coachella Valley, and could not have been luckier! The host, Mike, was easy to communicate with, and fast to respond. The house was HUGE and had everything we could have wanted. It was also very comfortable to just be in - plenty of places to sit, multiple couches to lounge on, and no one felt on top of each other. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was also a huge bonus. It was a bit chilly for the pool, but just lounging poolside was great, and the hot tub was perfect! We highly recommend and would definitely return when we are back in Palm Springs.

We stayed here as part of a summer trip, and it was FANTASTIC! The host was super communicative and sent all of the info we needed in advance. The home itself was clean (spotless, infact), and extremely comfortable. The pool was one of the biggest ones I've stayed in, in Palm Springs. The house was well-stocked, and we had everything we needed. The local property manager was extremely friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend .... we'll be back!!
