As instalações são ótimas e limpas e a atendente da recepção foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. A localização é realmente privilegiada. Ao lado do metrô Ópera, em uma zona movimentada, porém meu quarto era muito silencioso.
O sistema de acesso é um pouco confuso. Precisava de um código para entrar no hotel e no aviso dizia que ele me tinha sido enviado por e-mail, porém, eu não havia recebido nada. Fique tentando entrar e não conseguia. A sorte é que a atendente viu minha mensagem pelo Booking e enviou o código. Não é uma experiência agradável ficar na calçada com mala, depois de uma viagem, sem ter a mínima idéia de como entrar.

Súper silenciosa las habitaciones, eso ayuda mucho a descansar, en baño súper cómodo, cama grande, en cuanto a comodidad y ubicación 10/10
Nuestra habitación olía mucho a posa, no sabíamos desde donde se filtraba el olor, revisamos el baño y no, le dijimos al personal en la recepción solo dijeron que raro y nunca lo solucionaron, por esa razón no damos el 10 total

Spacious and comfortable room. Good location to go to and from the airport.
While breakfast was included, it only starts at 8:30 a.m., which is very late considering that most places start serving breakfast at 7:00 a.m. We had to leave for the airport without having breakfast, even though it was included in the price. This is not a traveller-friendly breakfast time. During check-in, we were given some instructions, but when we arrived, nobody explained where breakfast was served.
