The location was incredible. Easy access to all walkable tourism spots. We didn't even need to use the metro.
The lighting system in the room. We couldn't get to just turn on the lights in the bathroom! There were switches for moods but not actual rooms. Odd.

Location amazing! Near of touristic places and very lively neighborhood. Gran via walking
Very good amenities in the bathroom and the manager sent me a lovely platter with sweets for my birthday. Very comfortable bed and clean. Amazing room 10/10

Breakfast was outstanding, staff was incredible in the dining room, explaining any single detail about the food, coffee machine, etc. Very well located hotel, fantastic room decoration
