staff was horrible. very rude. Nobody was able to let me in upon arrival despite fact I received email confirming that staff knew and approved of the arrival time and would be there to greet me...had to call repeatedly, and when there was finally an answer, she was very rude. When I was finally able to get into the room, the code did not work so i was unable to leave the room and close the door so did not get to use the amenities. the next day i extended and they finally got a door code that worked and charged same card then an hour later i got a text that i needed to go to office with my id and card and that they closed at 6pm. I then got a text 20min later saying that they cancelled my room reservation and if i wanted it (i called back) staff said the only way i could reserve a room is if i went in to office in person and did it on site even though i made my reservation night before on a website that they advertise on she said no i could not use that site but when i checked the hotel was still listed. I was going to go back but screw that it was fathers day i had already left town and she was just so incredibly rude and not accommodating, and the texts that I received and emails were telling me different than what she was then saying on the phone. excuse my typos- whole point is staff was super rude, loved the hotel but will not be going back due to how inconvenient and unwelcoming the staff made the entire process. THEY NEED TO HIRE STAFF THAT IS AS NICE AND WELCOMING AS THE PROPERTY ITSELF!!HORRIBLE!
