Großer Pool, gutes Bett, tolle Lage

We stayed here as a family of 4 for 6 weeks in the summer of 2025. The villa was amazing. It has a private driveway, 3 double bedrooms and a kitchen and lounge. All rooms have air conditioning and are finished to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you need to cook as well as dining out. The pool is exceptional and is cleaned twice a week in summer. The pool is fresh water and was 31°C throughout our stay. There are 6 sun loungers plus 2 pool chairs for use. There is also an outside lounge area that is nice for relaxing in the shade. There is a gas BBQ which we used once in our stay. The living room is like a hotel lobby and acts as both a TV, and games area. The TV has everything you could need in most languages. I was watching Bolton TV, Rangers TV, BBC and more on my stay. The Internet is fibre and the coverage is excellent. The only patchy spots are in the bedrooms, but that's not a bad thing. Only negative (and it's out of the properties control) is the mosquitos. They are annoying and pack a punch. But the host advised of things to try and what to purchase and it helped a lot. Ending the last couple of weeks with a few bites as a family. You will need a car to stay at this property, but that's easy to see from Google maps. There are local supermarkets and the main sea front is stunning. The neighbours are lovely. The locals are really friendly and will do anything to help. We even signed up to use the local leisure centre for their facilities. I hired a bike for 20 days from xabiabikes and they were awesome and there are great routes starting near the property. Basically the host is great, the property is great, Javea is great, the people are great...
