We had a fantastic stay at Arroyo Roble. The accommodation was very spacious and spotlessly clean, and actually much larger than I had expected. It had all the amenities and facilities we needed, including a beautiful shared garden with BBQ facilities, right next to Oak Creek.
The facilities were excellent, with a fantastic swimming pool as well as a gym, steam room, sauna, games room, piano and comfortable lounge area near the lobby. Everything was maintained to an exceptionally high standard and felt very good quality throughout.
A really lovely place to stay, with plenty of space, excellent facilities and a beautiful setting. We would happily stay here again.

We liked its location and the size of the villa.
This is NOT a resort. It is a timeshare. NO housekeeping, NO amenities, NO phone access to the front desk. I have stayed at 2 star hotels that are better. The only pros are that our 4.5 year old son enjoyed the pool and the racquetball court. The villa was dirty. The bathtub was so dirty we had to clean in. We had to buy our own shampoo and conditioner. We tried to reach out to management on MULTIPLE occasions during our stay: crickets. This place is falsely advertised. Do not be fooled. It is a TIMESHARE, and poorly maintained at that. If it was marketed as a run down AirBnb, that would be much more appropriate.
