You can expect some leaves and dirt on top and at the bottom of the pool; it is impossible if you wish for an outdoor pool not to have any leaves and dirt. 5. The house is cleaned professionally before your check-in. 6. The exterior and interior of the house are treated for pest control monthly. 7. The HVAC system is serviced quarterly. 8. The County picks up trash on Monday and Thursday and recycled items on Thursday. Please bring the trash cans to the curb so they can be picked up on trash collection day. 9.
