Welcome to our five bedroom, 3148 sq ft, home located in Sedona near Red Rock State Park. The home is tucked away in a rural neighborhood where you can enjoy serene views of Cathedral Rock. The property features two private decks, perfect for enjoying stunning views of Cathedral Rock. The home comfortably sleeps 14 guests with two separate full kitchens and living areas. The entire home has 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 1 half bath. ☀ Bedroom 1: Queen sized bed with ensuite bathroom ☀ Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with views and adjacent large full bathroom and walk-in closet ☀ Bedrooms 3 & 4: Each have a queen sized bed and shared full bathroom ☀ Rec Room/Bedroom 5: Two bunks beds, each with a full sized lower bunk, twin upper bunk, and twin sized trundle. Large couch, Smart TV, foosball table, and full bathroom. Access to the rec room is through bedroom #2 or a private exterior entry. ☀ Two large private deck with Cathedral Rock Views, BBQ, and comfortable lounge seating area ☀ Spacious backyard with fully-fenced area ☀ Two fully equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances ☀ Main dining area that comfortably seats 8 ☀ Secondary dining area seats 4 ☀ Open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area ☀ Free, onsite washer/dryer This home can be separated into two units, ideal for multiple families or friends who are looking for their own living spaces. The home is in close proximity to the popular Red Rock State Park, Crescent Moon Ranch, and Buddha Beach. Nearby hiking trails include Pyramid Mountain, Schuerman Mountain, Baldwin Trail, and Eagles Nest. Mountain bikers can quickly access Pyramid Mountain biking trail from the house. This home is located off of Lower Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions. This is a private ~1 acre property located at the end of a dirt road. The home is located in a rural neighborhood in Sedona. A car is required for exploring the Sedona area, Uber/Lyft services are limited.
