“I came for the mountains, and stayed for the views”. You will relate when you arrive at The Midwinter Lodge mountain retreat. This three bedroom luxury home is located on a high vantage point with gorgeous lake and mountain panoramic views.

Perfect for families or a group of adults. Located at a private cul-de-sac facing national forestland in all sides. Perfect for a serene week/month getaway.

Your private, mountain retreat is only 7 miles to downtown Stateline, 10 miles to Heavenly ski resort, 1 mile to Cave Rock boat launching pier, 6 miles to Nevada Beach and 0.5 mile to the famous Cave Rock hiking trail.

The Midwinter Lodge is perfect for the adventure seeker, the beach lover, the snow bunny and the professional sunset watcher!
