Die Kommunikation war sehr exzessiv und teilweise aufdringlich und nervig. Viel zu viele Nachricht, schon eine Woche davor. Umständliches Anmeldeverfahren und Videos, die den Weg zur Unterkunft beschrieben, in schlechter Qualität. Auf Fragen wurde aber sehr schnell geantwortet.

location was great, just 10 mins walk from city and lakes and train station, lovely spacious appartment with comfy bed an air conditioning.
it was a self catering property but apart from a couple of paper plates and disposable plastic knife and fork sets there was nothin to prepare food with or eat from. No crockery or glasses or cutlery. Nothing to open the bottle of wine we bought. These little things could have transformed a good location into an excellent place to stay longer.
