Respect for Neighbors and Neighborhood - We value our neighbors and the community, and we kindly request that guests respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during late hours, to ensure a harmonious living environment. No Smoking - For the comfort and well-being of all guests, smoking is not permitted in or on the property. GARAGE/GATE REMOTE: $150 charge if LOST As the majority of the greater downtown SD area, we are on a flight path. Although it is convenient to have our airport downtown, it makes a lot of San Diego's urban areas on the flight path!
