Whether you're practicing putts in the front yard or basking in the Seaworld-adjacent views from our expansive deck, there's something here for everyone. And with San Diego's renowned beach less than a mile away, you've got the best of both worlds! Upon arrival, the front yard putting green sets the tone for fun. As you step into our freshly renovated haven, you're immediately welcomed into a world of comfort and style. A large living area with a cozy fireplace and wet bar opens to a fully-equipped kitchen. The adjoining deck is perfect for alfresco dining, BBQs, and enjoying stunning views of SeaWorld, complete with nightly fireworks. The fun continues downstairs in the game room, featuring shuffleboard, air hockey, arcade games, and direct access to the lush backyard. Here, the swimming pool (depth 3.5ft to 8ft, additional charge for heating) and fire pit await, surrounded by tranquil greenery. Our home comfortably sleeps guests in five beautifully appointed bedrooms: three upstairs with queen beds (one includes an ensuite bathroom) and two downstairs (one with a queen bed and another with twin bunk beds). Enjoy the ease of 2 tandem parking spaces in our driveway, with additional parking available across the street. Ocean Beach's sandy shores are just a 12-minute walk away. A full-time tenant resides in our detached garage/studio. We ask for your respect for their space and noise considerations, especially at night. In addition, they have a designated parking spot in the front next to the driveway (which is clearly marked) so be sure not to block it when you park. Please be aware of the additional charge for pool heating. To ensure a harmonious relationship with our neighbors, parties are not permitted. For groups of 11 or more, prior permission is required. We stayed for 4 days in this property with our 5 children, ranging in age from 10 to 14. This house had everything to keep them entertained! The pool is just as spacious and amazing as it looks in the pictures. Aside from that, the air hockey was a huge hit too. The house is very conveniently located to everything we wanted to do in town. Close to the beach, Petco Park and shopping and dining. The host was responsiveness and friendly and the house is very well stocked with all of the essentials. We will absolutely stay here again when we visit next summer. Thank you!

We had the greatest time in SD staying at this property. We were in town for a golf trip/bachelor party and this place was PERFECT.

This house was exactly what we wanted for our long weekend in San Diego. We fit 9 people very comfortably, and the house was spacious, clean, and cute. The backyard is fantastic, with the pool being even better than we thought it would be (and not too cold, even though we didn't heat it). If you're bothered by noise, it is close to the airport so you can hear the planes a bit, but it didn't bother us. And on Saturday night we got a peek at the Seaworld fireworks from the back deck. I would highly recommend this property to bigger groups who want to explore San Diego, but still spend a good amount of time lounging in the backyard like we did. And communication was great with the owner; he always responded quickly and answered any questions we had.

Stayed here for a trip with friends to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and had a wonderful time! There was plenty of room in this home to fit 9 people comfortably for 6 nights. We really enjoyed the pool, fireplace, and all the games in the house. The location for this home was also great. We were within walking distance of some great breweries in Ocean Beach and had no issues getting a Lyft to/from the San Diego Zoo. We also had some time to walk along the Sunset Cliffs Coastal Trail which is close by. The WiFi here may not be the best for a workcation, but was sufficient for our week vacation. We would definitely book this vrbo again!

Upon arrival, the house had some serious cleanliness issues. It looked as if someone started cleaning but left in a hurry. I won't go into all the details, but we ended up spending the first night cleaning everything as we did not trust it was clean enough for our 10 mos old to be crawling around (so much for the cleaning fee)! The beds were not great, the sheets were scratchy and cheap and there were not enough bath towels or blankets. We also had an incident with the garage tenant - again, without going into detail, he came into the backyard, was clearly intoxicated, and was being very loud and obnoxious late into the night. After that night there were no further incidents. I did inform the property owner of all this and he apologized and said he addressed both the tenant and the cleaners, so hopefully these won't be issues with future guests. Other than that, our stay was wonderful! The size of the house was very accommodating for our party (9 adults, 1 infant) and the location of this home is fantastic! We were close to everything we wanted to do and see. Kitchen was well stocked. The games downstairs were fun and the backyard was great - a lot of the time we spent at the house was spent in the yard!
