Very nice, clean, comfortable and the staff were very nice. It would have been better if the restaurant was open or to have had a free breakfast, but it appeared that may still be in the works.

No tv choices, tv only compatible with Samsung tv. Couldn’t watch apps. They need to fix the air quality. But nice hotel and quiet. But I wish they had more amenities

This was a brand new hotel and you could tell it was in a prime location to downtown Savannah and also the military base easy to get around so glad we took a chance with no reviews we loved it!!!

This is a new construction in my old neighborhood so I was very excited for my stay I will definitely return because they are pet friendly and they have a bar, even though the bar was not open yet because they are still new. The continental breakfast was a little lacking but again they’re new and adding microwaves to the room because I typically don’t come down during breakfast hours it was an overall beautiful, beautiful hotel beautifully decorated. Everyone was super nice. Very friendly staff. And I will definitely be rebooking

Arrived and was greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk individual. The hotel was inviting, clean and new as we were to learn. After a night of seeing the sights of Savannah, we went back to the hotel to relax and enjoy some TV only to find out we could not get any channels on the TV. Called front desk and was told that she would try to reset the internet, but that might not work. It did not work so we were not able to watch the TV…that was disappointing. Other than that the stay was fine.

Our stay was great! The room was beautiful, the makeup mirror in the bathroom was AWESOME! The beds were comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again.

Brand new so they are ironing out the bugs. The first room we stayed in was not clean, And the TV did not work, so they had to transfer us to another room. The room was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant, bar area is not up yet. The gym is small. The staff was very nice, but they cleaned our room when we had the do not disturb sign on.

The hotel just opened a couple of weeks ago, so it is really new and shiny. Things still smell like new carpet and furniture. The rooms were very clean and the beds are comfortable. There is plenty of parking onsite which is a plus, it is a quick 10 minute drive to downtown Savannah. The negatives were that the restaurant and bar are not open yet and the surrounding area is still under development. It was a good stay and a lot cheaper than other options in Savannah, I would definitely consider coming back.

The hotel was not fully open such as the bar and restaurant. The staff seemed stressed out and on edge. My room had crumbs on a shelf and a dirty towel folded up with the clean ones

brand new hotel and for that it was amazing !!!, but the front desk staff was terrible, lack of customer service, not friendly at all ... not feeling welcomed.
I will stay again because it is a brand-new hotel, i just hope the hotel makes an improvement in customer service..

This is an below average new hotel at a high price point with totally unprofessional staff and terrible service. They just have no clue what they are doing. No even coffee in the morning, no cleaning service. They charged me a Transportation Fee for a Bus I never used and a Credit Card Fee. I tried to explain this was not acceptable but the level of incompetence was such that I decided it was easier to let them keep it. I am writing this in the hope that the owner reads it and understand that he or she needs to get professional staff...

Brand new hotel with beautiful decorating through the hotel. The restaurant and bar are not open yet. The room was excellent. The area is very industrial so there’s not much around the hotel to do/ eat.

When we enter our room 207 of the Kingston hôtel in Savannah there was dry urine on the toilet . I advise the front desk and we were changed of room but I didn’t have a follow-up or compensation for the situation. I tried to call this morning and the Line was cut off. The email on the website is no fonctionnal. I called back Two Times and the manager never called me .
