Spacious, clean room. Good shower.
The property itself is very good. A bit of waste land next to it spoils the outlook a bit but not the properties fault and hopefully in the future it will be developed.

Small, clean room with the garden room we had direct access to the small pool. The apartment is quiet on a night.
A mixed bag with location. Close to the newly developed Znjan beach. But approx 2 miles from the old town of Split. We used the Bolt app for taxis. This is not a hotel but a room in a serviced apartment block. The rooms and pool area are cleaned on a daily basis and there is a reception area. Plus an area for getting tea and coffee with a vending machine for water and snacks. There are permanent residents in the block.

The hotel is so lovely, with comfortable clean rooms and a gorgeous little pool area. It’s super quiet which means a nice alternative to staying in busy Split centre (only ~7 mins away in an Uber). The staff couldn’t be more helpful - texting details on how to access the building way ahead of time, showing you around the hotel and letting me leave luggage for the day after checking out. Highly recommend!
