Andy is a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Our room was very clean and spacious and the beds very comfortable. A good setup for our group. The breakfast was also great, and they were very accommodating to special dietary needs. Parking provided. Easy access and good location.

It is a Victorian style home decorated with similar decor. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Hosts were pleasant and spent time to talk to us at breakfast.
Was hoping for walking distance to downtown but was not quite close enough for that although it is close to the park that borders the water.

Andy’s Blue House is a gem! The room was spacious and comfortable! We enjoyed a healthy full breakfast. Andy and his wife are friendly and take care of every detail! It is a pleasant 15 minute walk to the heart of downtown through the neighborhood.

Staff were very kind, check in was pretty easy. Helpful when we had a question about the temperature in one of the rooms. Good value for money. Offered us a booster chair for our toddler which was helpful. Very accommodating and moved seats around so that my family could sit together. Good value for money & good location (walkable to downtown).
The rooms seemed very basic / dated / bland / not cozy. It needs some fresh touches / upgrades to the rooms and an effort to decorate a bit more. Bathroom was outdated, mattress was not very comfortable. (shower water pressure was low). Breakfast on day 1 was pretty limited, eggs, dumplings, coffee/tea/sausages, bread (no juice, yogurt). On day 2, orange juice & yogurt were provided. Asian music playing in the breakfast area (not too loud) both days. There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke near our room so had to keep doors closed.
