Our family had a great stay! I was absolutely shocked by how easy the check in process was! Take advantage of the online check in before. The staff are all very kind and seem genuinely happy to be there. Everyone slept great and a requested crib was already in our room. Coffee is always available in the lobby and there are many options for breakfast. We really appreciated that even though check in was at 4, we could still park early and walk around. The location is ideal and everything is within walking distance. We will be checking in again when we return for another aquarium visit.

The man who checked us in was super friendly quick with checking in and advised us on parking our car and walking everywhere. Great location

Great great staff! The property has a boutique like atmosphere very suitable for the Monterey Cannery Row. Walking distance to shops and restaurants is a real plus. Love the courtyard in the center of property. Only downside to this property is parking can get tight!
