Very clean and nice room
Fairly centrally located in a nice neighbourhood
Late check out and decent breakfast
They really look after this place and keep it in tip top shape
Good value for money too
Bit of a walk to Cannery Row, so not for you if you don’t like a walk or are less mobile
Other than that nothing to dislike

the staff was great and accommodating. it was a nice place with fireplace in the room - which we didn't need so they brought us fans. They also have a breakfast available.
it was a little hot, even with the fan but they said that's very unprecedented for this time of year. the room was nice, no complaints, the parking was tight.

Location was perfect - walkable to center of town and venue for our event. Room was clean, bed comfortable, towels soft, and continental breakfast quite good. Kitchen facilities (microwave and fridge, both mini) looked fine though we didn't use them.
The room appears not to have been renovated since it opened. No air conditioning, no daytime privacy window treatments (just blackout curtains); faucets rickety; bathroom vanity very low; card-keys extremely finicky (we swapped ours and saw others at front desk doing same, but even new ones took many tries to work).
