Close to the fisherman's wharf for the whale tours
Parking was difficult, ended up parking on the street nearby for free from 6pm until 9am.
Rooms have no ac, warm in October but not unbearable.

Great location. Good price and value. Classic old world charm. Friendly staff.
Noise from the streets.

Exceptional location; convenient walking to amenities & wharf for whale watching. Good coffee at Plumes & restaurants along Alvarado St. Also the staff were friendly, personable, & helpful. WiFi is always helpful when traveling.
The hotel needs a thorough cleaning especially the carpets. The mattresses are old & slanted, but comfortable enough. The bathtub was tiny, but the shower worked well & good water pressure.
