The room was clean and the towels were big enough for our family. The fridge was big enough to hold all our items and the seating area was great. It was very close to downtown Monterey and many food options in the surrounding area.
The room air system was strange and we weren't able to really cool it down. The breakfast was not very good and there were very many options that weren't bread type of items. We ended up going out to eat someplace else. The room was very noisy with the upstairs. Someone above us kept moving furniture around and it was very loud!

Great location. Quiet place and beds were real comfortable. Room size is wonderful!
I asked for certain room as previous stay and was told I got it. Upon arrival I was told room requested was not available. My expectations on that were let down.

Close enough to lot of places we wanted to visit
Trash can next to the parking level elevator seemed to collect many flies. We let them know to move it away from the elevator since since flies were able to get in the elevator as it traveled up to different floors. Also, no AC in rooms made it a bid uncomfortable.

Bed comfy, large room.. Microwave and fridge... Waffles.
No streaming on tv ... Not smart tv. Only 2 towels and shower drain slow
