Very nice and professional owner and nice clean rooms, unfortunately a local resident of the town climbed onto the roof near my bathroom window in the middle of the night and made very loud noises aswell as smoking.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Gas station directly across the street, with food options. It’s right on Hwy 11 which is convenient for location, but also a bit noisy with vehicles travelling through the night.

The staff were cooperative and helpful. Not bad when all the hotels are fully booked during the CME in Timmins. Had to travel 250 odd kms to find a place.
