At 4:30 am the breakfast was not ready but there was bagels, bread, juice, fruit & cereal when breakfast was not to be ready until later.
The room was a bit small but ok for one person.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was no freezer in our mini fridge, but the young man at the front desk froze my ice packs for me overnight. When the AC unit wasn’t working in our first room , We got an upgrade to a lovely big room. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. I was happy with the toiletries. The wifi worked well.
The parking lot is a bit tricky to get into. The tv wasn’t very user friendly.

Central downtown location, newly renovated
Finishing on renovations sloppy. We got transferred from our room at 8:30 pm due to emergency renovation, to the 4th floor, where I requested upon checkin. After complaining, we were offered $25 for the inconvenience. The entrance to the parking lot was strange, ofsett and between two street parking spots.
