This property is under construction. My room and the people in my party have no complaints about the room.
The front entrance has a step too high from the sidewalk. There is no handrail and as a result I fell to the sidewalk from the bottom step.
I am 73 years old and twisted my knee. I believe the front desk clerk reported it to the manager after I reported it to her.
The side parking lot is a concrete pad with no markers to indicate the edge of the concrete.

The staff at Kirkland were so kind, the breakfast was great, and the room was amazing! I cannot wait to go back!
