The Bluff Savannah Historic District, Tapestry by Hilton

It was a beautiful and quaint hotel that had an excellent shuttle service and everyone was very friendly and helpful!

My husband and I stayed at The Bluff Hotel while celebrating his 50th birthday, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. We appreciated the complimentary wine from Tania, which was a nice touch, and the shuttle service was convenient and made getting around Savannah easy and stress-free. The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. As first-time visitors to Savannah, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The customer service and cleanliness were outstanding! Every employee we encountered was kind, friendly, and professional, and it is clear they take pride in providing an exceptional guest experience. A special thank you to Tania at check-in, Ebony, and Megan at the front desk for always being welcoming and helpful. Thank you to Bea, who was always friendly when we got off the elevator sitting in the dining area who always took the time to speak with us. We also appreciated Will and Niam for the excellent shuttle service and enjoyable conversations. A thank you as well to Berta, who kept our room spotless daily and always greeted us with a smile and conversation whenever we came out of our room. We honestly did not have any complaints during our stay and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you~

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The room was immaculate and it was so peaceful.

The Bluff is on the western side of the busy side of historic downtown. It is a little bit of a walk (or short shuttle ride) to the sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked wonderfully. Housekeeping knocked on our door really early so that was a little weird, especially since we were checking out later. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
