Hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful. Carol, the concierge, and Eddy, at the front desk, were very helpful and professional. The HH bartender was terrific. Hotel conveniently located.
The happy hour snacks at Embassy Suites used to be so much better than they are now. Used to have more variety and better quality.

If you’re willing to pay the absurd $40 per day for parking then it’s a comfortable place to stay walking distance to all the fun things in Savannah. But you might get lucky to find the rare & cheaper parking spot on the street so you don’t have to pay so much for the garage. Outdated furniture & bathroom, terrible sofa bed but overall decent bed. Breakfast was good, free drinks & snacks at happy hour, easy to find.

The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very helpful.
The furniture in our room needed repair. The sofa cushions were ripped, the upholstery on the chairs were ripped and the shower curtain was ripped. The housekeeping staff was difficult to communicate with as they spoke little to no English. The water fountains in the pool area didn't work and neither did the outlets. The bed was very comfortable, I slept well. The hotel itself was very pretty, but the temperature in the lobby and restaurant area was way too cold. I had to wear a jacket every morning. We did enjoy our stay.
