Well appointed hotel we enjoyed the pool and gym and the breakfast was impressive very comfortable bed.

Loved the ocean waves. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Meals were good. Room cleaning staff were wonderful.
On the downside, I mistakenly forgot to bring along an Adapter so that I could plug in devices. There were none available at the hotel. I got an Uber and went out to purchase one before my cell phone died. Very inconvenient. Also, the pool water was not heated. Water was very cold.

Not one room without a spectacular view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Largest pool I can remember seeing and easy access down to the beach. Both the casual restaurant and dinner were lovely. Breakfast each day, which we had included, was a great way to ease into a pool day. Rooms were comfy and the private balcony a treat. Can’t wait to return.

Fantastic location; large room; large bed...
... Everything else was mediocre.
Way below the quality you should expect from an expensive 4 star hotel.
Breakfast was mediocre, cooked food lukewarm, pastries tasteless.
Bar service at pool not existent.
Difficult to get clean towels for the pool.
(I am not being difficult, I have left a 5 star review to the other gotel we stayed in Lisbon)
I will not go back (not at those prices)
