Family of 4 with 2 young kids. We stayed for 2 nights for an event locally.
Overwhelming pros:
Easy location to get anywhere around Chicagoland and suburbs. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; I needed some stuff printed at 2am and during the day - done with no hesitation. Immaculate rooms with clean linens and prompt housekeeping. Top place! Also, easy, free parking. Got some Werther’s original toffees in the lobby to keep the kids amused.
Weak cons:
Toll to get on highway but not the hotel’s issue, just a pain to pay.

Quick one night stay. This was my second time here and it was just as great as the first. Well maintained over the years. A gem in the burbs!
